购买订阅

如果应用有可供购买的订阅，你将在应用详细信息页上看到该订阅。 

打开 Teams，然后选择 Teams 左侧的“ 应用 ”。

查找并选择要为其购买订阅的应用。

在应用详细信息页上，选择“ 购买订阅”。

选择你的国家/地区，查看你所在的位置提供哪些订阅计划。

注意: 以后无法更改此项。 支付详细信息中包含的国家/地区也必须相同。

如果看到要购买的订阅计划，请选择它，然后选择“ 结帐”。

注意: 你可能会看到一个仅适用于你的组织的特价产品/服务，旁边 此图标。

在结帐期间，选择所需的订阅许可证数，输入销售地址，并提供付款方式。 对于“销售地址”，输入负责付款并在发票上标识的法人的地址。 (根据你的情况，这可能是你的企业或住所。) 销售地址确定购买的估计税率。

选择“ 下订单”。

订单处理完成后，选择“ 立即设置” 以激活订阅。

处理外部数据需要先执行多项必要的任务，以允许安全访问数据。下列信息可以帮助您计划后续步骤。另外，如果您在尝试处理外部数据时遇到问题，此信息可以帮助您确定问题。要访问外部数据，您或管理员必须执行以下操作：

准备外部数据源    管理员可能需要创建帐户并提供数据源权限，以确保合适的人员具有访问数据的权限且数据不会泄露给不适合的人员。在外部数据库中，管理员可能还需要创建特定的表格、视图、查询等，将结果限制为所需内容，以帮助提高性能。

配置 SharePoint 服务和帐户    管理员必须激活 Business Data Connectivity Services 和 Secure Store Service。

配置 Secure Store Services    管理员必须执行以下操作：确定外部数据源的最佳访问模式、创建目标应用程序并设置目标应用程序的凭据。

配置 Business Data Connectivity Services    管理员必须确保创建外部内容类型的用户具有访问 Business Data Connectivity 元数据存储区的权限，并确保相应用户有权访问作为外部列表基础的外部内容类型。

创建外部内容类型    用户必须定义外部内容类型，包含连接、访问权限、操作方法、列、筛选器和其他元数据相关的信息，以从外部数据源检索数据。

从 SharePoint 产品导出 BDCM 文件

BDCM 文件是包含为外部内容类型定义的所有信息的 XML 文件。在 Access 2013 中使用 BDCM 文件时，请记住以下事项：

仅支持平面数据结构，不支持层次数据结构。

支持以下 .Net 类型：System.Boolean、System.Char、System.String、System.Int32、System.Int16、System.Double、System.DateTime、System.GUID。任何其他 .Net 类型将转换为文本。

要创建 BDCM 文件，请执行下列操作之一：

Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013

在 Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013 中，打开包含外部内容类型的 SharePoint 网站。

在左窗格的“网站对象”下方，选择“外部内容类型”。

选择要使用的外部内容类型。

右键单击所选内容，然后单击“导出 BDC 模型”。

在“导出 BDC 模型”对话框中，输入模型的名称，然后单击“确定”。

在“文件另存为”对话框中，浏览到某个位置，然后单击“保存”。

要导出外部内容类型的权限，请单击“权限”。

如果您保存了一组日后可以导出以供特定环境使用的资源，则在“使用自定义环境设置”字段，键入与环境特定设置关联的唯一名称以便导出。

INTRODUCTION

This article discusses how to troubleshoot single sign-on setup issues in a Microsoft cloud service such as Office 365, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft Azure.

Detailed implementation guidance for single sign-on (SSO) is available in the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Help documentation. If you encounter a problem when you set up SSO by using that guidance, you can refer to this article. It provides a roadmap to help troubleshoot common problems with each setup step.

PROCEDURE

How to troubleshoot SSO setup

Step 1: Prepare Active Directory

Setup guidance

Go to the following Microsoft website:

Prepare for single sign-on

Validation for step 1

Use the Evaluating directory synchronization setup diagnostics wizard to scan Active Directory for issues that might cause directory synchronization issues.

Troubleshoot issues with validation for step 1

Note Incorrect preparation of Active Directory or failure to resolve issues that the tool identifies can result in directory synchronization problems. Follow the troubleshooting guidance that is offered by the Evaluating directory synchronization setup diagnostics wizard to correct the problems, and make sure that the diagnostics wizard runs without any errors. This prevents the following problems from occurring later in the implementation:

2392130 Troubleshoot user name issues that occur for federated users when they sign in to Office 365, Azure, or Intune

2001616 A user's Office 365 email address unexpectedly contains an underscore character after directory synchronization

2643629 One or more objects don't sync when using the Azure Active Directory Sync tool

Rerun the diagnostics wizard to check whether the issue is resolved.

Step 2: Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) architecture

Setup guidance

Step 3: Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell for SSO

Setup guidance

Go to the following Microsoft website:

Install Windows PowerShell for single sign-on with AD FS

Validation for step 3

To validate the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell for SSO, follow these steps:

Run the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell as an admin.

Type the following commands, and make sure that you press Enter after you type each command:

$cred=Get-Credential

Note When you're prompted, type your cloud service admin credentials.

Connect-MsolService -Credential $cred

Note This command connects you to Azure AD. You must create a context that connects you to Azure AD before you run any of the additional cmdlets that are installed by the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell.

Set-MsolAdfscontext -Computer < AD FS 2.0 primary server >

Notes

If you installed the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell on the primary Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) server, you don't have to run this cmdlet.

In this command, the placeholder represents the internal fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the primary AD FS server. This command creates a context that connects you to AD FS.

Get-MSOLFederationProperty -DomainName < federated domain name >

Note In this command, the placeholder represents the domain name that was federated in the setup steps.

Compare the first half (Source: AD FS Server) and last half (Source: Microsoft Office 365) of the output of the Get-MSOLFederationProperty command that you ran in step 2D. All entries except for Source and FederationServiceDisplayName should match. If they don't match, use the "Resolution" section of the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article to update the relying party trust data:2647020 "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in" and "80041317" or "80043431" error when a federated user tries to sign in to Office 365, Azure, or Intune

Troubleshoot issues with validation for step 3

To troubleshoot, follow these steps:

Troubleshoot common validation problems by using the following Microsoft Knowledge Base articles, as appropriate for your situation:

2461873 You can't open the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell

2494043You can't connect by using the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell

2587730 "The connection to Active Directory Federation Services 2.0 server failed" error when you use the Set-MsolADFSContext cmdlet

2279117 An administrator cannot add a domain to an Office 365 account

Error when you run the New-MsolFederatedDomain cmdlet for the second time because domain verification fails. For more information about this scenario, see the following Knowledge Base article:

2515404 Troubleshoot domain verification issues in Office 365

2618887 "Federation service identifier specified in the AD FS 2.0 server is already in use." error when you try to set up another federated domain in Office 365, Azure, or Intune

Time issues cause issues with the New-MSOLFederatedDomain cmdlet or the Convert-MSOLDomainToFederated cmdlet.

Rerun the validation steps to check whether the issue is resolved.

Step 4: Implement Active Directory synchronization

Validation for step 4

To validate, follow these steps:

Run the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell as an admin.

Type the following commands. Make sure that you press Enter after you type each command.

$cred=Get-Credential

Note When you're prompted, type your cloud service admin credentials.

Connect-MsolService -Credential $cred

Note This command connects you to Azure AD. You must create a context that connects you to Azure AD before you run any of the additional cmdlets that are installed by the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell.

Get-MSOLCompanyInformation

Check the LastDirSyncTime value from the output of the previous commands, and make sure that it shows a synchronization after the Azure Active Directory Sync Tool was installed.

Note The date and time stamp for this value is displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time).

If LastDirSyncTime isn't updated, monitor the Application log of the server on which the Azure Active Directory Sync Tool is installed for the following event:

Event ID: 4

Level: Information

This event indicates that directory synchronization finished on the server. When this happens, rerun these steps to make sure that the LastDirSyncTime value was updated appropriately.

Troubleshoot problems with validation for step 4

Troubleshoot common validation problems by using the following Microsoft Knowledge Base articles, as appropriate for your situation:

2508225 "LogonUser() Failed with error code: 1789" after you enter enterprise administrator credentials in the Azure Active Directory Sync tool Configuration Wizard

2502710 "An unknown error occurred with the Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant" error when you run the Azure Active Directory Sync Tool Configuration Wizard

2419250 "The computer must be joined to a domain" error when you try to install the Azure Active Directory Sync Tool

2643629 One or more objects don't sync when using the Azure Active Directory Sync tool

2641663 How to use SMTP matching to match on-premises user accounts to Office 365 user accounts for Directory Synchronization

2492140 You can't assign a federated domain to a user in the Office 365 portal

Step 5: Office 365 client preparedness

Setup guidance

Check client prerequisites for Office 365. For more information about the system requirements for Office 365, go to Office 365 system requirements.

Run Office 365 Desktop Setup on all client computers that use rich client applications. Rich client applications include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Lync 2010, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell. Office desktop applications, and Microsoft SharePoint integration applications.

If a seamless, no-prompt experience is expected for domain-joined and domain-connected client computers, add the AD FS Federation Service URL to the local intranet zone in Windows Internet Explorer. For example, do the following:

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

Click the Security tab, click Local intranet, click Sites, and then click Advanced.

Type https://sts.contoso.com in the Add this website to the zone box, and then click Add.

Note "sts.contoso.com" represents the FQDN of the AD FS Federation Service.

2535227 A federated user is prompted unexpectedly to enter their work or school account credentials

If domain-joined and domain-connected client computers access Internet resources by using a proxy server that resolves Internet addresses by using public DNS queries (and not internal, split-brain DNS), add the AD FS Federation Service URL to the list for which Internet Explorer will bypass proxy filtering. The following is an example of how to add the URL to the Internet Explorer exceptions list:

In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

On the Connections tab, click LAN settings, and then click Advanced.

In the Exceptions box, enter the value by using the fully qualified DNS name of the AD FS service endpoint name. For example, enter sts.contoso.com.

Validation for step 5

To validate, follow these steps:

Make sure that Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant service is installed and running. To do this, follow these steps:

Click Start, click Run, type Services.msc, and then click OK.

Locate the Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant entry, and then make sure that the service is running.

If the service isn't running, right-click the entry, and then select Start.

Go to the AD FS MEX website to make sure that the endpoint is part of the Internet Explorer intranet security zone. To do this, follow these steps:

Start Internet Explorer, and then go to the AD FS service endpoint website. The following is an example of a service endpoint website:

https://sts.contoso.com/federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml

Check the status bar at the bottom of the window to make sure that the security zone that's indicated for this URL is Local intranet.

Step 6: Final validation

On a configured client computer, test the expected SSO authentication experience. To do this, authenticate by using a federated user account. You may want to test authentication of a federated user in the following scenarios:

In the on-premises network and authenticated to the on-premises Active Directory

From an Internet-neutral IP location and not authenticated to the on-premises Active Directory

To validate, follow these steps:

Test web authentication. To do this, use one of the following methods:

Sign in to the cloud service portal as a federated user by using local Active Directory credentials.

Sign in to Outlook Web App as a federated user (by using local Active Directory credentials) who has an Exchange Online mailbox. For example, sign in to Outlook Web App at the following URL:

https://outlook.com/owa/contoso.comNote In this URL, "contoso.com" represents the federated domain name.

Sign in to Microsoft SharePoint Online as a federated user (by using local Active Directory credentials) who has access to the Team Site collection. For example, sign in to SharePoint Online at the following URL:

http://contoso.sharepoint.comNote In this URL, "contoso" represents your organization's name.

Test rich client or active requestor authentication. To do this, follow these steps:

Configure a Skype for Business Online (formerly Lync Online) client profile for a federated user account, and then sign in to the account by using local Active Directory credentials.

Sign in to Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell by using a federated user account that has global admin credentials through the connect-MSOLService cmdlet.

Test Exchange Online basic authentication by using Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer. For more information about how to use Remote Connectivity Analyzer, see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

サインアウトするには、Outlook.com に移動します。

受信トレイの上隅にあるアカウントのイニシャルまたはアカウントの画像を選択します。

[サインアウト] を選択します。

ヒント: 

画面上部に画像が表示されない場合は、広告ブロックが有効にされていないかどうかを確認します。 この機能によって画像が表示されない場合があります。

[プロファイル] または [アカウント] オプションが表示されない場合は、https://account.microsoft.com/ でアクセスできます。 

[サインアウト] が表示されない場合は、手動でサインアウトすることもできます。 ブラウザー ウィンドウをすべて閉じることを忘れないでください。

Outlook.com で自動的にサインインされる場合は、自動サインインをオフにします。

Outlook.com で、画面上部のアカウント画像を選択します。

メール アドレスまたは電話番号を入力し、[次へ] を選択します。

Azure File Sync Agent v16 Release - January 2023

This article describes the improvements and issues that are fixed in the Azure File Sync Agent v16 release that is dated January 2023. Additionally, this article contains installation instructions for this release.

Improvements and issues that are fixed

Improved Azure File Sync service availability

Azure File Sync is now a zone-redundant service which means an outage in a zone has limited impact while improving the service resiliency to minimize customer impact. To fully leverage this improvement, configure your storage accounts to use zone-redundant storage (ZRS) or Geo-zone redundant storage (GZRS) replication. To learn more about different redundancy options for your storage accounts, see: Azure Storage redundancy

Immediately run server change enumeration to detect files changes that were missed on the server

Azure File Sync uses the Windows USN journal feature on Windows Server to immediately detect files that were changed and upload them to the Azure file share. If files changed are missed due to journal wrap or other issues, the files will not sync to the Azure file share until the changes are detected. Azure File Sync has a server change enumeration job that runs every 24 hours on the server endpoint path to detect changes that were missed by the USN journal. If you don't want to wait until the next server change enumeration job runs, you can now use the Invoke-StorageSyncServerChangeDetection PowerShell cmdlet to immediately run server change enumeration on a server endpoint path.

To immediately run server change enumeration on a server endpoint path, run the following PowerShell commands:

Import-Module "C:\Program Files\Azure\StorageSyncAgent\StorageSync.Management.ServerCmdlets.dll"

Invoke-StorageSyncServerChangeDetection -ServerEndpointPath

Note: By default, the server change enumeration scan will only check the modified timestamp. To perform a deeper check, use the -DeepScan parameter.

Miscellaneous reliability and telemetry improvements for cloud tiering and sync

More information about the Azure File Sync Agent v16 release

This release is available for Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022 installations.

The agent version for this release is 16.0.0.0.

How to obtain and install the Azure File Sync Agent

The Azure File Sync agent is available from Microsoft Update, Microsoft Update Catalog, and Microsoft Download Center.

Notes

If the Azure File Sync agent is not currently installed on a server, use the agent installation package on the Microsoft Download Center. The agent installation package on Microsoft Update and Microsoft Update Catalog is intended for agent upgrades only.

To update existing agent installations, run AfsUpdater.exe (located in the agent installation directory) or download and install the update from Microsoft Update or Microsoft Update Catalog.

Microsoft Update

To obtain and install from Microsoft Update, follow these steps on a server that has Azure File Sync agent installed:

Windows Server 2022, Server 2019 and Server2016

Click Start, and then click Settings.

In Settings, click Update & security.

In the Windows Update window, click Check online for updates from Microsoft Update.

Verify the Azure File Sync agent update is listed and then click Install now.

Server 2012 R2

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

In Control Panel, double-click Windows Update.

In the Windows Update window, click Check for updates.

Click Important updates are available.

Verify the Azure File Sync agent update is selected, and then click Install.

Go to the following website to manually download this update from the Microsoft Update Catalog:

To manually install the update package, extract the cab file and run the following command from an elevated command prompt:

msiexec.exe /p

packagename.msp

REINSTALLMODE=OMUS REINSTALL=StorageSyncAgent,StorageSyncAgentAzureFileSync,StorageSyncAgentGuardFilter,StorageSyncAgentUpdater /qb /l*v

For example, to install the Azure File Sync agent update for Server 2016, run the following command:

msiexec.exe /p StorageSyncAgent_WS2016_KB5013877.msp REINSTALLMODE=OMUS REINSTALL=StorageSyncAgent,StorageSyncAgentAzureFileSync,StorageSyncAgentGuardFilter,StorageSyncAgentUpdater /qb /l*v

Go to the Microsoft Download Center to manually download the agent installation package for new agent installations.

How to perform a silent installation for a new agent installation

To perform a silent installation for a new agent installation that uses the default settings, run the following command at an elevated command prompt:

msiexec /i packagename.msi /qb /l*v AFSv16Installation.log

For example, to install the Azure File Sync agent for Windows Server 2016, run the following command:

msiexec /i StorageSyncAgent_WS2016.msi /qb /l*v AFSv16Installation.log

Notes

Use the /qb switch to display restart prompts (if required), agent update, and server registration screens. To suppress the screens and automatically restart the server (if required), use the /qn switch.

To perform a silent installation with custom settings, follow the steps documented in KB4459986.

Microsoft Word ofrece una conveniente galería de portadas prediseñadas para resaltar su currículum vítae. Elija una portada y reemplace el texto de muestra por el suyo propio.

En la pestaña Insertar en el grupo Páginas, haga clic en Portada.

Haga clic en el diseño de una portada en la galería de opciones.

Después de insertar una portada, puede sustituir el texto de muestra con su propio texto. Para ello, haga clic para seleccionar un área de la portada, como el título, y escriba el texto.

Notas: 

Si inserta otra portada en el documento, la nueva portada reemplazará la primera que ha insertado.

Para reemplazar una portada creada en una versión anterior de Word, es necesario eliminar la primera portada manualmente y, después, agregar una nueva portada con un diseño de la galería de Word.

Para eliminar una portada insertada en Word, haga clic en la pestaña Insertar, haga clic en Portadas en el grupo Páginas y, después, haga clic en Quitar portada actual.
